Privacy and local storage

Gira calculates wheel spins, dice rolls, coin flips and draws in your browser. No account is required.

Data you save

Wheels, names, lists, favorites, results and settings may be stored in browser localStorage or IndexedDB so you can return to them. They are not uploaded to a Gira database to calculate outcomes.

Export, restore or delete

Use My data in the header to download a JSON backup and restore it in another browser. This file can contain private names and lists: do not publish it. You can also delete local information in your browser's site-data settings.

Sharing results

Shared wheel links may encode configuration data in the URL. Anyone with the link may be able to read that information. Sharing links or using your device's share features happens only when you choose it.

Hosting and providers

The site is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare and your browser may process technical connection details needed to deliver files and protect the service. Local random outcomes do not make visits invisible to the hosting provider.

Passwords

The password generator runs on your device. Generated passwords are not included in Gira histories or backups. Do not publish or share passwords.

Resources and changes

Gira uses local resources and does not require a paid API per spin. If analytics or new features change data practices, this notice will be revised.
